Rates reflect time, preparation, training, facilitation, and scope of responsibility.
Services and pricing may be adjusted intentionally based on context, funding, or collaborative agreements.

Peer Support

(Facilitated, Non-Clinical | Holding Space)

Peer support sessions focus on holding space, reflection, regulation, and supported navigation of life transitions. Sessions are non-directive and shaped by consent and individual needs.

  • 30 minutes — $20
    Brief check-ins, focused support, or ongoing touchpoints

  • 45 minutes — $30
    Deeper exploration or continued support

  • 60 minutes — $40
    Complex topics, transitions, or layered support

Longer sessions may be discussed case-by-case and are not offered as a standard option.

Standard Consultation

(Planning / Role-Play / Reality Testing)

Consultations are active, goal-oriented sessions focused on preparation, planning, role-play, and reality-testing for upcoming conversations or decisions.
These sessions are not therapy, mediation, peer support, or legal/medical advice.

Common uses include:

  • Medical appointments

  • School meetings (IEP / 504)

  • Job interviews

  • Difficult family conversations

  • Interventions or boundary-setting

  • Personal or professional decision-making

  • 30 minutes — $30

  • 60 minutes — $55

Mediation Consultation & Preparation

(Non-Neutral)

These are specialized, non-neutral sessions designed to help an individual prepare for the mediation process itself.
They draw on mediation training and experience to support readiness and effectiveness.

Sessions may include:

  • Understanding how mediation works and what to expect

  • Preparing mindset and emotional readiness

  • Clarifying goals, priorities, and boundaries

  • Identifying key issues to raise and how to raise them

  • Reality-testing expectations and possible outcomes

These sessions are not mediation and do not replace neutral joint mediation.

  • 30 minutes — $40

  • 60 minutes — $75

Mediation preparation sessions are optional and not required to proceed with mediation.

Mediation Services

(Neutral Facilitation)

Mediation is a voluntary, neutral facilitation process designed to support communication, understanding, and mutually acceptable agreements.
Mediation is not legal representation and does not guarantee a specific outcome.

  • $250 per party, which includes:
    • Up to 1 hour individual intake / IPS per party
    • Up to 3 total hours of joint mediation time

If additional information or preparation is needed to reach agreement, mediation may pause and resume using remaining included time.

  • Additional mediation time — $60 per hour, per party
    (Prepaid prior to the session)

Group Facilitation

(Case-by-Case)

Group facilitation is offered on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on:

  • Group size

  • Length and format

  • Virtual vs in-person delivery

  • Organizational funding or caps

Pricing structures may include:

  • Per-person rates

  • Flat facilitation fees

  • Grant-funded or program-based arrangements

Text-Based Support

(Monthly Packages | Supplemental)

Text-based support is asynchronous, supplemental support designed to provide continuity between sessions or during specific seasons of transition.
This service is not therapy, mediation, crisis care, or real-time support.

Adult Text Support Packages

All adult text support packages include asynchronous messaging plus a brief monthly check-in session to support integration, clarity, and grounding.

Messaging support is designed for brief, supportive check-ins — not ongoing conversation or real-time messaging.

🌱 Grounding Season — $40/month

• Light check-ins and brief supportive messaging
• Designed for shorter seasons or periodic support
• Response window: typically within 24–48 hours (weekdays)
• Includes one 15-minute monthly video or phone check-in
• Support focuses on grounding, reflection, and clarity
• Not conversational or real-time texting

🌿 Growth Season — $75/month

• Ongoing supportive messaging during a defined season or transition
• Brief check-ins, reflection prompts, and supportive accountability
• Response window: typically within 24 hours (weekdays)
• Includes one 30-minute monthly video or phone check-in
• Balanced structure for consistent but sustainable support

🌳 Deep Support Season — $120/month

• Higher-support periods with more frequent check-ins
• Designed for layered stressors or more active support needs
• Response window: typically within 12–24 hours (weekdays)
• Includes one 45-minute monthly video or phone check-in
• Messaging remains structured and supportive — not unlimited or continuous

Important Notes

• Messaging occurs during established support hours (weekday availability)
• Responses may be grouped rather than message-by-message
• Text-based support supplements — but does not replace — scheduled sessions
• This service is peer support, not therapy, crisis care, or emergency services

Youth / Teen Text Support (By Agreement)

Youth and teen text-based support is offered case-by-case with clear boundaries, caregiver awareness, and built-in safeguards.

Support may include:

• Brief youth check-ins via messaging
• Parent or caregiver check-ins (text or brief call)
• Optional facilitated conversations with youth and caregiver together, when appropriate

Support is designed to encourage regulation, reflection, and healthy communication.

This service is not therapy, mediation, crisis care, or secret-keeping.

Support plans are individually structured to fit developmental needs and family context.

Scheduling, Payment & Attendance Policies

Payment Expectations

• Payment is required within 24 hours of scheduling unless otherwise arranged
• Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received
• Monthly packages are prepaid
• Additional mediation time is prepaid prior to the session

Rescheduling

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
• Requests within the cancellation window are treated as late cancellations
• Rescheduled appointments should be used within a reasonable timeframe

Cancellations

• Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice may be rescheduled or credited
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations

Late Cancellation / No-Show

• Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee
• Applies to peer support, consultation, mediation prep, and mediation sessions
• Missed sessions reserve time that cannot be rebooked

Exceptions & Flexibility

• Emergencies or illness may be considered case-by-case
• Flexibility is offered intentionally, not assumed
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling

Text Support Notes

• Monthly text packages are non-refundable once the month begins
• Unused messages do not roll over unless discussed in advance
• Text support may be paused or discontinued if boundaries are not respected

General Notes

• Services are not therapy, legal advice, or crisis services
• Participation is voluntary
• Emergency or crisis situations should be directed to appropriate emergency resources
• Rates and structures may be adjusted intentionally based on context or collaboration
