All services are available online across Nebraska and for residents in neighboring states (depending on the service), with in-person options locally in the Sidney area.

Our Services

Peer Support

Grounded, lived-experience guidance when you need a steady place to land.

Peer Support is a calm, non-clinical space to process emotions, regulate overwhelm, sort through thoughts, and prepare for life changes.
It’s ideal for adults, teens, young adults, and parents with young children involved.

Helpful for:

  • Emotional overwhelm or anxiety

  • Stressful life transitions

  • Feeling “stuck” or needing clarity

  • Coping skills, grounding, or self-awareness

  • Navigating family, school, or workplace stress

Mediation

Neutral support when communication, decisions, or conflict need structure.

Mediation provides a calm and structured framework to help individuals, parents, co-parents, families, workplaces, and communities reduce tension and communicate more clearly.

Helpful for:

  • Parent/co-parent communication

  • Family conflict or blended family transitions

  • Workplace disagreements or team misunderstandings

  • Neighbor or community disputes

  • Youth conflicts (with guardian involvement)

Consultation

When you want expert, neutral guidance to prepare for something important.

Consultations are focused, scenario-based sessions that help you clarify, plan, and prepare for stressful or complex situations.

Ideal for:

  • School meetings (IEP/504), teacher conferences, or education concerns

  • Medical overwhelm, care coordination, or appointment prep

  • Boundary-setting strategies

  • Preparing emails, job interviews, difficult conversations, or decision-making

  • Support before or after legal steps (NOT legal advice)

Group Sessions / Facilitation

Structured support for families, small groups, or teams.

Group facilitation offers guided conversation, skill-building, and problem-solving in a calm, grounded environment — perfect when more than one person needs clarity or support.

Helpful for:

  • Family discussions

  • Multi-person conflict

  • Workplace or team communication

  • Community issues

  • Parenting/co-parent alignment meetings

  • Blended family adjustments
