Life moves in seasons — some calm, some overwhelming, and some full of unexpected change.
Bridging Seasons was created to give individuals and families a grounded place to navigate those transitions with clarity, calm, and connection.

No matter where you are in your journey, support is available here: steady, neutral, and human.

About

I’m a neutral, non-clinical provider offering mediation, peer support, and family-focused guidance throughout life’s transitions. My work is grounded in lived experience, professional training, and a deep respect for the unique dynamics of every family system.

Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals, parents, co-parents, teens, caregivers, blended families, and people rebuilding after conflict or major life changes. I believe people deserve a space where they feel heard, supported, and understood — especially when life feels heavy or complicated.

My role is not to diagnose, judge, or tell you what to do. My role is to walk alongside you, help you gain clarity, and offer tools and neutrality so you can move forward with confidence.

You don’t have to navigate these seasons alone.

FAQs

What makes your approach different?

I blend structured neutrality, empathy, and lived-experience insight. My goal is to create a calm, grounded space where individuals and families can gain clarity, communicate more effectively, and navigate transitions with confidence — without judgment, pressure, or clinical labels.

Are sessions private?

Yes — sessions are confidential within Nebraska law.
Mediation follows ODR confidentiality guidelines.
As a State-Mandated Reporter, I must report concerns of abuse, neglect, or imminent harm.

Do you offer virtual or in-person appointments?

Yes, both.
In-person sessions are available in Sidney and Nebraska’s Panhandle region.
Virtual sessions are available statewide in Nebraska, with some services available beyond Nebraska depending on the type of support requested.

What ages do you work with?

I support adults, parents, co-parents, couples, caregivers, children/teens (with guardian involvement), blended families, and young adults navigating independence or change.

How is your support different from therapy?

My work is non-clinical, meaning I don’t diagnose or treat.
Instead, I offer:

  • Neutral mediation

  • Lived-experience peer support

  • Problem-solving and communication guidance

  • Tools for navigating life transitions

Many people choose to use my services alongside therapy, not instead of it.

Do you help with areas outside family conflict?

Yes. I support individuals and families through a wide range of transitions — not just family-related needs. This includes…
(school, medical, workplace, community)

Is everything we talk about confidential?

Yes, within Nebraska law.
Mediation follows structured ODR confidentiality rules.
As a peer support provider, conversations remain private unless there is:

  • Imminent risk of harm

  • Abuse or neglect concerns

  • Legal requirements for disclosure

As a State-Mandated Reporter, I am legally required to report concerns of abuse, neglect, or imminent harm.

What can I expect when working with you?

Expect a calm, steady, neutral presence.
I listen carefully, help you clarify what you want or need, and support you in next steps — whether that’s mediation, communication tools, grounding skills, or navigating a new season of life.

There is no pressure, no judgment, and no expectation to “perform.”
You can simply show up as yourself.

Do I need to wait until things get bad to reach out?

Not at all.
Many families and individuals use support preventively — during early tension, upcoming changes, or when they sense a shift coming. Early conversations often prevent future conflict, and help transitions feel smoother and more manageable.

All sessions are non-clinical and grounded in lived experience - cancellation or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice.

If you’re in crisis, please contact 988 or your local emergency services.
