As a non-clinical, neutral provider, I maintain confidentiality within the limits of Nebraska law. This means your information stays private except in situations involving:

    • Risk of harm to yourself or others

    • Suspected abuse or neglect

    • Court-ordered or legally required disclosures

Mediation also follows Nebraska’s structured confidentiality guidelines, which I will explain before we begin.

As a State-Mandated Reporter, I am legally required to report concerns of abuse, neglect, or imminent harm.

If you ever want clarity on what applies in your situation, feel free to ask — I’m always happy to walk you through it in a calm, honest way.
