Consultation Options
Standard Consultation
Standard consultations are active, goal-oriented sessions focused on preparation, planning, role-play, and reality-testing for upcoming conversations or decisions.
These sessions may support:
Medical appointments
School meetings (IEP / 504)
Job interviews
Difficult family conversations
Interventions or boundary-setting
Personal or professional decision-making
Standard consultations are not therapy, legal/medical advice, mediation, or peer support. They are designed to help you think clearly, prepare intentionally, and approach conversations with confidence.

30-minute consultation — $30
60-minute consultation — $55
Mediation Consultation & Preparation (Non-Neutral)
Mediation consultation and preparation sessions are specialized, non-neutral sessions designed to help an individual prepare for the mediation process itself.
These sessions draw on mediation training and experience to support:
Understanding how mediation works and what to expect
Preparing mindset and emotional readiness
Clarifying goals, priorities, and boundaries
Identifying key issues to raise and how to raise them
Reality-testing expectations and possible outcomes
Reducing reactivity and increasing effectiveness in joint sessions
These sessions are not mediation and do not replace neutral joint mediation.

30-minute mediation consult / prep — $40
60-minute mediation consult / prep — $75
Mediation consult & preparation sessions are optional and not required to proceed with mediation.
These sessions are designed specifically to support your effectiveness and readiness in the mediation process.

How long is a consultation?
15–30 minutes. Depending on your needs, some could last up to 60 minutes.
Is there pressure to book services?
Never. You choose what feels right.
Can I book a consultation for my child or teen?
Yes. Parent or guardian involvement is required, but the process is very supportive and youth-friendly.
Can we do the consultation by phone instead of video?
Yes. Consultations are available by phone, video call, or in person depending on what feels most comfortable.
Is this therapy or clinical treatment?
No. Consultation is non-clinical and does not replace therapy or medical treatment. If needed, I can help you identify the right support resources.
What kinds of concerns are consultations good for?
Consultations are helpful for:

Do I need documents or forms?
No. Unless you want to bring something (like emails, notes, or a school letter), there is nothing required.
