Peer Support

A calm, grounded space to help you find clarity, emotional steadiness, and confidence through life’s transitions.

Life doesn’t always give us space to think clearly.
Sometimes we carry too much.
Sometimes emotions stack on top of each other.
Sometimes we just need someone who gets it
someone who meets us without judgment, pressure, or a clinical barrier.

Peer Support offers a steady place to land so you don’t have to untangle everything alone.

What Peer Support Is

Peer Support is a non-clinical, human-first approach to navigating tough moments, emotional overwhelm, and personal transitions. It’s grounded in lived experience, emotional steadiness, and reflective conversation.

This is not therapy or advice-giving.
It’s connection, clarity, grounding, and genuine support.

Who This Helps

  • Young adults (19+)

  • Teens & children (with parent/guardian involvement)

Peer Support is helpful for:

  • Those navigating major life transitions

Peer Support for Youth

Looking for more family-focused support?
Some youth benefit from individual support first, while others do best when families work together.

We also offer Youth & Family Mediation when working together as a family may be helpful. This helps young people and caregivers communicate, problem-solve, and move forward together.

Children and teens often feel more open with a supportive, neutral adult. Sessions help them:

  • understand feelings

  • communicate needs

  • reduce anxiety

  • navigate school or friendship stress

  • feel steadier during family transitions

Youth sessions always include parent/guardian involvement.

Youth support is most effective when young people are supported and families are empowered. Services may include peer support, advocacy, mediation, or a combination based on needs.

Peer Support vs. Mediation

Choose Peer Support When

  • You need emotional grounding

  • You’re untangling thoughts or stress

  • You want clarity before a hard conversation

  • You’re navigating grief, burnout, or transition

  • You want support for your internal experience

Choose Mediation When

  • More than one person is involved

  • Shared decisions must be made

  • Communication has broken down

  • There is active tension

  • Neutral structure is needed

Brief check-ins, focused support, or ongoing touchpoints

  • 45-minute session — $30

    Deeper exploration or continued support

  • 60-minute session — $40
